Spotify Company explained that Spotify users are now able to upload custom covers and descriptions to their homemade playlists using their mobile phones. Until recently, this highly requested feature has been available only on desktop. Now, all Spotify users both free and premium can upload unique cover/picture images from their Android or iOS devices.

How to Change Picture on Spotify Playlist on Android or iOS Device?

Step 1: Open ‘Spotify’ App in your mobile phone

Step 2: Select the playlist you want to rearrange

Step 3: In the top right corner of your playlist screen, tap the ‘Three Vertical Dots’

Step 4: Select ‘Edit Playlist’

Step 5: This will show you the list of tracks. To move the song to different position on the list, press & hold the horizontal lines icon to the right of song’s title

Step 6: Drag up and down to reposition the track in or outside of the first four spots on your playlist

Step 7: Now, rearrange your playlist like this until you are satisfied with songs in first four positions

Step 8: Once done, tap on ‘Save’ at top-right to save the changes.

How to Add Picture to Spotify Playlist on Desktop Computer?

Step 1: Open ‘Spotify Desktop Site’ or Spotify App on your computer

Step 2: Select the playlist you want to edit

Step 3: Navigate to ‘Playlist Cover Image’ until a pencil icon appears and click it

Step 4: This will show you the ‘Edit Playlist’ popup. Click on ‘Choose Photo’, select photo from your photo gallery or click ‘Three dots’ in upper-right corner of the playlist cover and select ‘Replace image’ and then upload an image saved to your computer for the playlist

Step 5: Once done, click on ‘Save’ to see the changes
