Solution 5: Reset All Settings to Default

  1. Open Voice Memos from home screen.
  2. Tap on Record button to record audio.
  3. If an error is prompted with Recording Failed. No audio devices found message then your Audio IC is broken and it require repairing.
  4. Check for your device warranty whether the period is over or not. It there is time left the visit your nearest Apple Care and get the phone repaired.
