You are likely to face the above mention error if you have enabled “Preview Pane” in File Explorer. So kindly disable this feature by following the below mention instructions:

Step 1: Navigate to “File Explorer”> from the Menu, Switch to the “View” tab

Step 2: Under Pane section, Uncheck “Preview Pane”
