Step 3: Uninstall any of these software to get display link to work
Step 4: After that, restart your computer and visit ‘DisplayLink Downloads’ page and download and run the DisplayLink Install Cleaner.
Step 5: Open ‘Device Manager’, look for Dell DisplayLink driver, right-click on it and select ‘Update Driver’
Step 6: Follow on-screen instructions to finish update and after that reboot your computer.
Note: The software mentioned in ‘step 2’ above should be removed first and then you can try to update Dell DisplayLink driver.
How to download and reinstall Dell DisplayLink driver using ‘Command Prompt’?
Step 1: Press ‘Windows + X’ keys together from keyboard and select ‘Command Prompt as Admin’
