Step 3: In Device Manager, expand USB Serial Bus controllers.
Step 4: Right click on the USB Root Hub and select Properties.
Step 5: Navigate to Power Management and un-tick all the boxes box named Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
Change Your Power Plan
Step 1: On keyboard press Win + S to open search bar.
Step 2: Type power setting and press Enter.
Step 3: In Power Setting menu select Power and Sleep Settings.
Step 4: Click Additional Power Settings and go to Power plan settings.
Step 5: In change plan settings, click Change advanced power settings.
Step 6: Go to USB settings > USB selective suspend setting.
Step 7: Set it to Disabled and Click Apply then OK to save your changes.
Install USB Hub Drivers
Step 1: Open Device Manager. Steps are mentioned above.
Step 2: Locate USB Root Hub and right-click on it.
Step 3: Choose Update driver and select Browse my computer for driver software.
Step 4: Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
Step 5: Select USB Root Hub from the list and click Next.
Repeat steps 2-5 for all USB Root Hub drivers.

Run Your Gamepad in Compatibility Mode
Step 1: Right-click on your Gamepad software and select Properties.
Step 2: Go to Compatibility tab and tick the box beside Run this program in compatibility mode for and choose your operating system prior to Windows 10 from the list.
Step 3: Click Apply then OK.
Reboot your system and see if your gamepad is working.
