Step 1: Use Remote Desktop: To resolve this issue, you need to login to the server or at least be able to make Windows Authentication Connection on MS SQL using MS SQL Server Management Studio. To do so, right-click the user and select ‘Properties’, click on ‘User Mapping’ page and select ‘Database’, select the desired/required memberships from database role memberships and then hit ‘Ok’.
