Step 1: First of all open the run prompt by using Windows + R keys together > then type in lusrmgr.msc in the prompt and press Enter key. It will open the local users and groups window.
Step 2: After that on the left side click on Groups and on the right side right click on Administrators

Method 3: Execute the Commands in Command Prompt
Step 1: First of all open the command prompt as an administrator and then type in cmd under the Windows search bar and hold Ctrl + Shift keys and press Enter
Step 2: You will be prompted with user account control, click on Yes> then copy and paste the following command into the command prompt and press Enter key:
secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose
Lastly wait for the execution of the commands and then restart your PC.
Method 4: Edit Security Options

Step 3: Go to the following path in the registry:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
Step 4: Now click on each profile list and make sure the value of State with the type REG_DWORD is 0X00000000 (0). If its value is 0X00000000 (1) then the user profile is disabled
Step 5: If it is disabled then you have to change it to 0X00000000 (0). You can do this by double clicking on the state and change its value to 1 in the value data field.
Step 6: Lastly click on OK
